Cancellations:
Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our Classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled Class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Customer.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 72 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another Class. However, if you do not cancel with at least 72 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made. Thank you for your understanding.

Breakages:
The class costs covers clay, tools, wages and other business costs, you are not paying for a finished product, your work is a result of your time and therefore we do not refund any breakages as you did not pay for the work, you paid for the experience.

Any breakages are not covered by The Pottery Studio. Please note as we have limited storage space, we will only hold work for 2 months on the shelves before we store it in a box and it becomes a donation to others to glaze.
